Upon confirmation a 50% deposit of total food costs 10 days prior to function.
The remaining balance to be paid at completion of function
Menu choices to be confirmed 7 days prior to the function and final guest
numbers 5 days prior to function. For additional guests over the confirmed
number the agreed price per person will apply providing “Mad About Food” can
accommodate the extra numbers. Numbers cannot drop after the confirmed date.

If the function is cancelled 10 days prior the 50 % deposit is charged
